So, you're sitting there in front of a Universities And Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) form, with thousands of options looking back.

Not quite sure, which one and why. The importance finally beginning to sink in.

You do the sensible thing and take everyone's advice, you do the sensible thing and weigh those options, and from there it begins with a quick moment of doubt as you take a look at your predicted grades.

A look into the future and there you see it: a plastered, well earned smile, that picture-perfect hat, gleaming family faces.

Nursery since three and high school at 11. Choosing the next few years by 17. Because by now you're well tired and not in the mood for another exam, drained down to your knees and pretty sure you don't want to start over again.

Numerous conversations about the importance of further education, countless reasons to carry on, not one winning you over.

So, you take a good look at the rate of unemployment and within an instance you've picked all five of your options.

Uni or not? You decide.
