It has been a hard work and finally TheSprout.co.uk has been launched! Thanks to funding provided by Cardiff Children and Young People's Partnership and various consultations with young people, who helped with development - this is how website looks like now.
During the launch day anyone could have a go on theSprout and submit their news or event. As well as upcoming star Kristy came over to give support by performing some songs from her soon released album.
The Sprout is your online guide to what's on in Cardiff and it does not stop just there!
Feed the Sprout with your information (gig, a drumming workshop, dance performance or perhaps your photo exhibition in local cafe.) - let everyone know about your event! With the Sprout, it's easy.
The Sprout is an opportunity for you to submit your own 'Cardiff - related' news. So, share your opinion, let everyone know what is happening just on the corner of your street or use it to develop your journalistic skills. You even have the ability to add your own video from YouTube to the news item and upload up to 5 images to accompany your story.
The Sprout's very own 'Organisation Directory' is currently under development but will be arriving very shortly. It will contain listings of all types of organisations and services in Cardiff that are there for you to discover new opportunities and also who to contact and who is actually out there for all kinds of help.
