Yn Gymraeg

The BBC have been running a series of programmes to raise awareness about bullying, with contributions from young people that have been directly affected.  Called the B Word, three programmes were shown with the latest one available to watch for a short time here.

If you didn't get a chance to watch the programmes then  we have some great anti-bullying films gathered from a number of projects and sources, you can access these by clicking this link.

National Anti-Bullying week will take place 16th - 20th November 2009 and is particularly relevant for CLIC this year with the theme "Stay Safe in Cyberspace".  You can expect to see lots of news and features here on CLIC.

If you'd like to get involved with an anti-bullying project or initiative speak to your school, college or youth workers to find out what's going on in your area.  You could submit details of your event or project in the CLIC news and let everyone know how we're linking up in Wales to raise awareness of bullying, how it seriously affects young people and that together we won't tolerate it.

If you are experiencing problems in your friendships, family or relationships the best thing you can do is talk about it with someone that you trust.

For more information and places you can access for support and help click this link.
