- Are you 16-24?
- Are you not in full time education?
- Do you not hold a degree or HNC qualification?
- Can you swim 25 metres?
If you answer yes to all four then Parkwood Leisure would like to hear from you.
Parkwood Leisure is the company that run the frankly fantastic Cardiff International Pool down the bay and together with the Institute of Swimming they are offering ten lucky people free apprenticeships.
At the end of the nine-to-twelve month program you’ll walk (or should that be swim?) away with qualifications such as:
- 1st4sport Level 2 Diploma in Coaching Learn to Swim (QCF)
- 1st4sport Level 2 Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning
- ASA UKCC Level 2 Teaching Aquatics
As well as other key skills to build a career in the Leisure industry, while being employed by Parkwood Leisure. That's right a job and free training, what’s not to love?
