Stuff To Do In Cardiff This Weekend
- Friday Night
T20 Cricket: Glamorgan Vs Sussex Sharks
Price: From £5

Tonight (Friday 30th May 2014) is the first home game of Glamorgan’s T20 Blast campaign and they have signalled their intent with the last minute signing of West Indies captain Darren Sammy.
Sammy is a man that can whack a ball very far and that is what you need in this short form of the game, alongside death bowling, hard running and acrobatic fielding. If you think cricket is a long boring game played by men in white and watched by three people and a dog then you haven’t seen a game of T20. There’s exciting action, blasting music and a roaring crowd.
While tickets on the door at the Swalec Stadium are expensive at £25 a pop, you can still get a T20 season ticket for £50. This gets you into all seven home games and with six of them on Friday nights, it’s a bit of a bargain. More details on Glammy’s T20 campaign can be found here.
