Lansdowne Primary School in Canton?is under threat.

We have a Welsh speaking school around the corner from us called Treganna, and?there are plans to?close us so they can have this building.

This?wouldn't?have all started if?Treganna didn't?have so?many pupils that they're packed in?like sardines.

There were plans?to try and close the school next to Treganna, Radnor, about two years ago now, but?this didn't happen.

So, Lansdowne was chosen about a year ago and?since then we've been?protesting by staging?lots of marches through town.?We were also?on a Welsh programme called Talon 9 on S4C on Tuesday 24 March.

We have a lot of history having been open for 111 years, and we have more than 385 pupils. We are also a very multicultural and religious school!

Can you help? SAVE LANSDOWNE! SAVE OUR SCHOOL!

Speaking of schools, have a butcher's at theSprout's Education Directory.
