Poem: The Sea
This is an interpretation of The Sea by James Reeves
The sea is like a married couple
Happy and calm
They walked down the golden sand hand in hand
Beating hearts and fluttering eyes
Day in day out they gaze, gaze in to each other's eyes
The love in the air the tied hearts and the joy
A piercing sound of kissing
Smiling and chuckling
And as the time passes bond breaks down
Then a day they would never dream of but it happened
The shouting. The screaming. The crying
The crashing of the waves was like the sound of the glass, the bricks, the china being smashed and herald
And after the storm the house was like the beach clam
Just the smashed debris like the driftwood and litter on the shore
This is an imagination of pieces of poetry about stormy seas.
