Poem: I Love The Trees
I love the trees; they are so shiny and bright,
They sway to and fro in the middle of the night,
The beautiful leaves, so delicate and green.
Makes up, such a lovely scene.
I love the trees, the way they blow in the air,
I stop, look, and stare.
They stand so tall, overlooking the city,
I admire them for this, as they look so pretty.
I love the trees, for the long thick branches,
The scene just enhances and enhances.
The sun shines upon them,
So they shine like a gem.
I love the trees; they are as rough as a hedge,
They withstand all weather, as they stand on the edge.
The firm roots, wedged in the ground,
Means that the trees can just lie around.
