I'm working on a new music series for T4 and Channel 4 called 'Orange UnsignedAct'

Over the course of the Autumn / Winter we are on the search for the best unsigned musical talent in the country.

The show is presented by XFM's Alex Zane, and aims to unearth the countries best unsigned bands, singers and songwriters across a wide range of genres. The only requirement is they must write and perform their own material.

The show is going to provide nationwide exposure to our featured bands plus the overall winner will land a deal with Universal Records.

Events like this can sometimes be deemed as being too commercial or corporate lead and you might be worried about compromising your credibility but I can guarantee that is not the case with us at all. We can’t stress enough that the show is entirely committed to unearthing proper talent and music.

The show will provide nationwide exposure to our featured acts plus the overall winner will land a deal with Universal Records.

We will also be taking our acts on tour supporting some of the most well known names in music.

The  website launches on the 11th August, where bands will have until the 1st of September to register before auditions take place:

Myspace address is www. myspace.com/orangeunsignedact
And please feel free to contact me with any questions at claire.bonham@princesstv.com

Hope you register and if you do we wish you the best of luck!
