Hi guys! This is my second poem. It is quite emotional, not sure where it all came from! Hope you enjoy it!

Swirling wind dusting tears from my eyes,
My all-knowing, old eyes,
That have seen too much,
Too soon.
Of pain, suffering and death,
Of poverty and starvation.

Swirling wind,
All around,
Can't see anything clearly,
All a blur, a distant memory,
A nightmare.

More tests, more scans, more nurses,
A circuit, not willing for someone to break the wire,
To finally dispose of me,
I cut the wire.

Silence.

This is a really good poem. Can't say I enjoyed reading it because, as you pointed out, it is very sad. Don't get me wrong it's a good poem, but so sad. Write happy next time ;) xx

Thank Yooouuu! I wrote Christmas and Shadows too so I would be reeaaallly happy if you looked at them too!!
@bookworm yeah I know it is sad but i dont really care coz lots of poems are:)
