Woah! Chill out! Yes I did just write love as a heading. And you're thinking no way will she cover this whole topic in a poem but *clears throat* I did and this is friendly love by the way, not the other sort!

Love,
Seeking out barriers amongst you,
And breaking them down,
To be free.

Like a machine,
Automatically set into a model fit for everyone,
Big, small,
Tall, short.

In that split second you are sad,
His army set off,
Stitching snapped strings,
Tying loose ends.

Like a hug,
With each cosy arm tucked around you,
You feel safe,
Loved.

Where there is trust,
There is love.
