During half term G?l will, once again, be holding its ever popular half term soccer schools through the medium of Welsh and English.

Courses will run Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 3:30pm at a cost of £60 per week or just £15 per day.
Ladies 5-a-side Football League
The second season of the G?l Centres Ladies League is nearly at an end. Why not enter a new team in to Cardiff?s only 5-a-side ladies league taking place every Wednesday evening from 7pm?
We at G?l will provide everything you require including:
? The match balls, your fixtures for the whole season in advance AND our qualified officials to referee your matches
? League tables and results available on our website allowing you to track your progess
? Prizes for winners including individual trophies for your players

Works Leagues at G?l
Did you know G?l run the UK’s biggest dedicated works leagues? Why not join the other 58 teams?
With at least 2 works league divisions per night (Monday ? Thursday) and kick offs scheduled immediately after work (majority at 6:15) we are the ideal location for groups of colleagues and customers to play in a competitive but friendly environment. Also, with up to three divisions per night we are able to organise the leagues by ability to ensure your matches are as enjoyable as possible as well as keeping the challenges for promotion and relegation ongoing until the last few matches of the season.

Welsh Football Challenge 2008
G?l Centres are proud to be hosting the Welsh Football 5-a-side Challenge on Sunday 26th October from 11am.
The top 8 teams from this heat will qualify to the grand final on Sunday 26th October (also to be held at G?l Centres in Cardiff on Sunday 16th November). Entry per 5-a-side team is just £35 per team.

G?l Adult Christmas Cup
On Sunday 21st December from 5pm G?l will be running it?s Christmas 5-a-side Cup.
For the £25 entrance fee all teams will receive a guaranteed hour of football AND four matches.
We will also be running a plate competition so all sides "eliminated" from the group stages will qualify for the plate whilst all teams "qualifying" from the group stages will continue their efforts to win the cup and their league games in January for free !

G?l Youth Teams Christmas Cup
On Sunday 21st December from 12pm, G?l wil be running it?s annual Youth Teams Christmas Cup.
For the £20 entrance fee, all teams will receive an hour of playing time and at least four games. (Games will be 5-a-side for U16s and U14s and 6-a-side for all other age groups).
There will be sections for U8s, U10s, U12s, U14s and U16s (with other age groups dependent upon demand).
All matches will be refereed by our qualified officials on our all weather pitches.
Small sided football is, of course, enjoyable but also provides significant benefits to children including:
? More touches of the ball to increase participation and enjoyment;
? Fewer players on the pitch meaning simpler decisions and better understanding;
? Smaller piches meaning greater concentration and interest among participants; and
? More individual success leading to more children playing. In the long term, this leads to sustained participation levels beyond this age group.
