Those of you may know Orange for the color or even more would know them for their phone network, but how many people know Orange for volunteering

Not many I would guess.

Well Orange actually run a scheme for rewarding children and young people for their voluntary work. This fantastic scheme is called Orange RockCorps collective.

This scheme is totally unique because it rewards children and young people for all their amazing volunteer work with a £30 voucher for popular ticket site, Ticketmaster. This voucher lets you buy tickets to whole host of amazing gigs, from a Katy Perry concert to a Russell Howard stand up show.

So how can I get a gig voucher? Well it is one of the easiest sites to register for, after CLIC of course . You start by logging on to the Orange RockCorps collective website www.orangerockcorps.co.uk then you just click on the Orange rock corps collective, then register on the site and upload a photo.

Next you need to give information on your project, why you volunteered, who you volunteered with, when you volunteered all the information like that. You also need to put down the name of a contact who can verify you volunteered, remember you have to have contributed a minimum of four hours and be at least 16 years old.

Then wait a few days for Orange RockCorps to verify and voila you will be sent a £30 voucher for Ticketmaster, for a gig of your choice.  So what are you waiting for?

If you have volunteered you can get your efforts rewarded, remember Give: Get Given

Wow Ben - having been involved with us from the start as part of our National Editorial Group, even before the CLIC network went live, attending five residentials, presenting yesterday at the CLIC Information Conference..............you've finally written an article!

I congratulate you and will shame you no more :)

Can I just point out (being the competitive person that I am) that there is a very simular article already posted 3 weeks ago. Nice try, looks like the better half of you is... much more better than I thought. Hahahahahahahhahahahaha! Much Love.

Put me in a dress and call me Susan. Then join me in pointing a salutory finger at ben for uploading. Ka-ching! ;0)
