Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2

Director: Andy Fickman

With: Kevin James, Raini Rodriguez

PG, 94mins

Vue Cinema, Cardiff

The film starts off very gravely with Paul (Kevin James) splitting up with his wife after only six days of marriage.

Then it just so happens that his mother would get run over by a milk truck!

This leaves Paul devastated but he is delighted when he finds that he is invited to a convention for security guards in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The whole plot revolves around a wealthy guest who is staying in a presidential suite at the hotel, who has inside men and is trying to rob the hotel of their precious and expensive paintings and artefacts. It is an expert operation that the clever thieves are trying to undertake, so will Officer Paul Blart manage to stop this hideous crime occurring whilst trying to save his kidnapped daughter? You will have to see the film to find out!

My friend and I would strongly recommend this film to any thrill-seeking individuals but also families looking for a bit of excitement. The acting is excellent in Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 and certainly surpasses its predecessor (Paul Blart: Mall Cop), which was a bit boring and very predictable.
