Our Roma Czech Truth Team at Willows High School have had their art work displayed in the library at STAR Centre in Splott!

The Roma Czech community can face a lot of discrimination, both in the U.K. and in the Czech Republic.

But rather than focus on their negative experiences, the group wanted to make a positive piece about their ambitions and the communities they feel they belong to, to show that they are just “normal” young people.

The work has had a lot of positive feedback from members of the local community, and will be in the library for the next few weeks – why not pop down and have a look?
