Combat The Crunch
There has been a lot in the news recently about rising prices and you may well have started to feel the effect of these in your own pocket. What's it all about and what can you do to lessen the effect of this 'credit crunch' on yourself?
What About Money? is a new website aimed at 16-24-year-olds by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), the UK's financial watchdog, to help you better understand money issues. It is part of their National Strategy For Financial Capability, which aims to improve the financial capability of consumers in the UK. It has information on getting money, spending money, keeping money and student money, as well as life stage guides, budgeting tools, Q&As and forums.
What About Money? is still in its early stages as a website. It plans to cover a wider range of money matters in the future, and offer new ways to interact with the site. They would love to hear any suggestions on how the site could be improved. Please contact them at ya.website@fsa.gov.uk.
