Cardiff's Citizens Advice Bureaux
The Citizens Advice Bureau is now holding free advice sessions in Cardiff.
The Citizens Advice service is a “network of charities that helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice, and by influencing policymakers.”
The service aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
The sessions consist of a 15-minute face-to-face assessment where the assessor will take details about the client to establish the best way to assist them. Further appointments may be necessary.
The sessions offer “impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities”, and are independent and confidential.
