A Lost Love
She looked at me, a confused frown,
who does she think she is? I see no crown.
The way you think you're too good for me,
one day you'll realise, one day you'll see.
You're no better than me, you never were,
you think I'm cotton, you think you're fur.
You think I don't realise, you think I can't see,
it makes me laugh when you run and flee.
I saw you that day you made a scene,
the way you were acting, people thought you were a queen.
So why don't you have a little humility
the way you're acting fills me with glee.
Don't think I like you, don't dream I love you,
that was the old me, look at me I'm new.
Alas you probably know who this is,
and when you realise I'll revel in bliss,
and now I sigh it's your demise,
I'll no longer want you, I'm no longer your prize.
So this poem could go on too long,
become a rant but I'll keep it strong.
So this won't be the end, you can be tolerated,
but you'll no longer be wanted but still not hated.
Now this poem has come to an end,
I don't want you, I'll just have you as a friend.

That's a lush poem! Well done :D
It's a nice moving-on sort of thing
It's like, thinking someone's perfect and then noticing all their faults.
Well donez :D
