Living abroad is a life changing experience, meeting new people and making new friends, adjusting to a new culture and maybe learning a new language.

Good planning is essential if you are thinking of moving abroad as there are important things that need to be arranged before you go such as permits and visas, employment, somewhere to live and setting up a bank account. Depending upon which part of the world you plan to travel to, you might need a course of vaccinations before you go.

You should do as much research as possible on the country you will be living in. Find out about local laws and regulations, local customs and cultural differences.
