Free Try Touch session, Sunday 10th of April, 10am to 12pm at Llandaf Fields for Women and Girls (14+).
Touch is a great way to make new friends, keep fit and socialize.
If you don't have anybody to look after the kids, bring them with you and we'll run a session for them!
