Marmite: When Does Branding Become Too Much?

Recently I have noticed that Marmite are producing more than just your standard jar of yeast extract spread.

I love Marmite. And I hate it when people say it is awful. Yet, even I think that they are going to far with it now.

First they brought out Xtra Strong Marmite, which was really nice; then the brought out Festive Marmite Gold, which was good. But, now they have Marmite crisps, which are just disgusting! My dad came back from shopping in Sainsbury's and said that he had seen Marmite flavoured nuts!

ERUGHHHHH! Honestly, I am slightly worried about it. I really hope that they do not bring out any other Marmite flavoured products! Marmite was just a nice spread that you had on your toast in the morning! Now it's everywhere!

What do you think about it? Are companies going to far with branching out their products and brands across other platforms? Where will it end?

My mum bought me Marmite chocolate for Christmas a few years ago and it was as bad as it sounds.

Marmite crisps have been out for years and years, since I was a kid!

My goodness, I love Marmite crisps! I thought they'd got rid of them or something, since I haven't seen them for years. This is great news.

I'd love to try Marmite crisps.......... I personally don't like marmite at all...... (no offence!!) But I think they should have marmite then that's it. A big full stop. No chocolate marmite, No xtra strong marmite then just add extra x's...... theres Marmite and that's it it shouldn't really change...... this article has made me want to try marmite again!!!!
