Haiku In Soho

I’m here in London,
Shall I pop into Soho?
OK, for a while…

Young lads, older men
Straddle together as one.
I view it in awe.

Singing waiters serve,
Old Italian covers play.
Not great singing, guys.

I circle the block,
Shall I go to a bar here?
Yes, but not just yet…

The drinks are pricey.
An older man looks at me,
I advert his gaze.

Perhaps the next time,
I can pluck up the courage.
To greet fellow males.
