Movie Review: Passchendaele

The film Passchendaele is set during 1917 in the Gross, Caroline Dhavernas, Gil Bellows, Joe Dinicol and Jim Mezon. The film gives a good feel about what the men and women went through on and off the front lines. In the beginning it shows the main character lying on the ground and then he has to take out a German mg nest in a church. It ends in a sad way when the main character dies leaving a nurse alone. The final scene is the main character's grave and then it cuts to the credits.

What do you get when you cross a penguin and a bird?

A flying penguin.

We all know this joke is bad, aren't you sick of the bad jokes of today? Why don't you not listen… that's it but trolled you didn't I? This whole thing was a joke.

Wait For The Green Man

I don’t get it… why do people never wait for the green light?

Every day I stop at a pelican crossing and then everyone except me walks across the road ignoring the green light.

In fact just recently someone died just around the corner to Franklin Road.

Why, why, why does this always happen to me?!

The Muppet Christmas Carol

The Muppet Christmas Carol is the best Christmas movie I've ever watched. I watch it every Christmas with my family on Christmas Eve and we really love it.

My friend rated it 4.5 but she prefers the film Elf.

Everyone I know who has watched it says that it is amazing and really emotional. It is a really good family film and if you haven't already seen it then you should really watch it as soon as you can.

Comment what you think on this film and if it made you smile.

Christmas Window Lights

In department stores all over the world there has been a massive hurry to prepare for Christmas.

For some shops this is a quick hurry at the last minute, but for some shops the preparation process takes almost all year. It is almost a competition between all the supermarkets because the more lights you have the more attention it attracts.

Inkheart By Cornelia Funke

Meggie lives with her father Mo. She lost her mother when she was three. Her father says that she went on a long journey, but Meggie doesn’t know the truth that she was read into a book by her father.

Suddenly, Meggie ends up on a journey meeting characters from that very same book as she tries to save her mother.

Inkheart is a very good book because sometimes we all wish we could see the characters out of the book and they do in this book. I would highly recommend this book to adults and children because it has a lot of unexpected plot twists and you feel like you are actually in the book.

This book is part of a trilogy, the second book being Inkspell. If you want a book that makes you feel like you are with the characters then buy this book.

The Harry Potter Series By JK Rowling

Harry Potter lives with his uncle Vernon and his aunt Petunia and his horrible Cousin Dudley on number 4 Privet Drive.

Harry thought that his mum and dad where killed in a car crash when he was two, but that all changes when he is asked to enrol at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry. He finds out that his parents where actually killed by the dark wizard Lord Voldemort, and that Harry was the only person who had survived the dark lord's curse, and because of this, Voldemort lost all of his powers and was not seen again.

Harry makes some new friends along the way including Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley and many other enemies too as he tries to track down the dark lord that killed his family.

I think that the Harry Potter books are a great series, but I do not want to tell you the ending, you will have to read them to find out...

Pigeon Chauffeur

I am outraged by the fact that there is not a single pigeon chauffeur in the whole of Cardiff.

They are very popular in Yugoslavia and I think they would be an amazing attraction for tourists and a very practical way of life. If the master of all pigeons sees this... I WANT PIGEON CHAUFFEURS.

Call Of Duty: Ghosts

Hello gamers! I think Call Of Duty: Ghosts is the best C.O.D to come out. The campaign is the best. The only complaint I would have is that the ranking on multiplayer is quite slow and the maps are quite big. However, I still think it's awesome! I would recommend this game to anyone who likes action and any C.O.D fans out there.

Xbox One Is A Flop

I picked up the Xbox 360 recently and I'm loving it. However, under my Christmas tree, there will be no games console - especially Xbox One.

C'mon, angry mob! I'm ready for you! There's nothing about the Xbox One that makes it worth £500. I think even the Wii would be better than an Xbox One.

Schools

Can anyone tell me why school is so boring?

Sometimes it can be quite cool but most of the time it's rubbish. Right now my favourite in Bishop of Llandaff is Welsh. All of the gossip happens there.

I have to admit RS is my worst; it is so boring.
